I want to know which is the best RECHARGE APP to be used across Europe and which RFID provider to choose so that you don't have to register with every app and service.

as @Amilcar suggested, ElectroMaps is essential for Spain.

In my case, living in Germany and travelling a lot to other countries, EnBw is the best choice for me:
